This article investigates the influence of alloying elements on the microstructure of metallic alloys. The study focuses on how the type and quantity of alloying elements affect phase formation, grain size, and morphology in steel-based systems. Primary attention is given to the formation of austenite, ferrite, pearlite, and martensite phases depending on specific alloying elements. Based on experimental analysis and phase diagrams, the microstructural evolution in different alloyed steels is compared. The results provide significant scientific and practical guidance in selecting optimal alloy compositions and developing heat treatment processes.
