Abstract

: This article provides a step-by-step overview of basalt production technology. It analyzes the physical and chemical properties of basalt rock, the processes of melting and fiberization, the types of equipment used, and the technological regimes applied in production. Additionally, it examines methods for quality control of basalt fibers and their applications in construction, aviation, automotive, and defense industries. This technology is distinguished by its environmental friendliness, energy efficiency, and the ability to produce high-quality products.
