Abstract

Improving the impact resistance of the mining excavator is important for increasing the productivity and service life. In this study, the effects of hollow materials, heat treatment and coating technologies were investigated. Strengthening methods, including alloying, surface hardening, and optimal structural solutions are proposed. The results help to increase resistance to impact loads, reduce wear and improve operational efficiency. The study provides practical recommendations for increasing the reliability of excavator parts in the mining industry.
